    Are your seeds viable [Do your seeds grow]?

    If taken to a country where it is legal to germinate cannabis seeds, yes, they will germinate and grow. All our seeds come directly from the Nirvana seed bank breeders and are of the highest possible quality. All seeds are sold as souvenirs. We do not condone any illegal use of our products.
    How do you recommend storing Cannabis seeds?

    To prevent the accidental germination of seeds, store in waterproof, lightproof container. A quality coin deposit box is recommended and this also has a lock to protect your valuable collection. If you need to store your seeds for an extended period of time, place them in a moisture proof container and place that container inside another moisture proof container so that they are double sealed. Store the container at -10C/14F or cooler temperatures.
    How do I know you won't keep my money and never send any seeds?

    If we did not send goods, the news would spread quickly and we would end up without a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be ridiculous. Also, one of the main reasons that we put our business on the web is to provide good quality products as well as honest and efficient service that our customers deserve. We've heard of too many sites that either never send seeds or send inferior quality ones.
    Do you ship to my country?

    Maybe, maybe not. Please note. Due to the legislation concerning the legality of this collection being inconsistent and contradictory from region to region, we are on the side of caution. Rules do change, so please contact us if you believe that we are in error and furnish us with supporting information. Nirvana advises all potential customers to check their national laws and bylaws before placing an order. Nirvana does not want to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law and cannot be held responsible for those who do.

    What is the fastest method of payment?

    Online credit card payment is the fastest because payment is instant and can be performed from your computer. Another fast service would be depositing money directly into our bank account. This utilises SWIFT transfer between banks and takes three working days.
    What will show up on my credit card?

    On your creditcard statement will the name Nirvana not be visible. You'll see safepay instead.
    How can I check on my orders? Will I be able to track the package?

    Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. You may track your order simply by logging in with your account and go to your order history.
    Why was my valid credit card declined when I placed my order?

    If you received an error message after entering your valid credit card information, it may be because your billing name or address does not match the information on your credit card statement. For your order to be processed, this information must be exactly the same. In the Billing Information page, enter the address that appears on your current credit card billing statement. If this does not resolve the issue, you may wish to contact your credit card company for further assistance.
